Emma Dangaard graduated from Humboldt University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Criminology and Justice Studies with a focus on Juvenile Rehabilitation. While completing her undergraduate degree, she directed a teen restorative justice program that focused on relationship building and therapeutic treatment. This experience taught Emma that she has a passion for working with adolescents in residential treatment, so she joins Paradigm with the hopes of being an energetic and positive support to each youth. She specializes in working with teen anxiety and depression and strives to create a safe, healthy and progressive environment where teens can connect and explore their strengths and interests. Emma enjoys surfing, playing tennis, and playing guitar.
