Amy Romero’s first experiences in the kitchen were with her grandmother, who taught her the intricacies of traditional Mexican cuisine. These experiences inspired her to follow a culinary path and to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management and an additional degree in Baking and Pastry. She has contributed to the kitchens and menus of some of Los Angeles’ most interesting eateries, where she gained a broad range of experience, knowledge and technique across culinary traditions. Amy believes in preparing meals that will satisfy and she enjoys offering a variety – from her grandmother’s dishes to vegan or culinary fusions. She believes that good food reach people’s souls and she joins Paradigm with the intention of providing great meals that can bring smiles to teens.
